The laptop also has MIL-STD 810H military-grade certification. That means the laptop is good in terms of build quality.

The laptop gets a premium all-aluminium finish with a premium ASUS monogram logo on the back panel. Asus offers this design in its premium series laptops. We have no complaints regarding the design of the laptop. The laptop weighs 1.5 kg and is 15.9 mm thick.

The Asus ZenBook 14 Flip OLED has a 14-inch 2.8K Lumina OLED touch display with a (2,880 x 1,800 pixels) resolution, 550 nits peak brightness, and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display supports a 16:10 aspect ratio, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and 1000000:1 contrast ratio.

The display supports Dolby Vision certification, VESA Display HDR True Black 500 certification, and perfect color accuracy with 0.2ms response time and Pantone verification. The display also supports a stylus as well as a touch screen. Corning Gorilla Glass for protection on the display. We liked the quality and brightness of the display. Its touch response and scrolling are also good.

Asus’s latest laptop has a 13th-generation Intel Core i7 -1360P processor (12cores, 16threads), which is quite fast. The processor comes with a hybrid microarchitecture with 4 P cores 8 E cores (up to 5 GHz) and 26W TDP. Asus Zenbook 14 Flip supports Intel Iris Xe graphics.

Only one USB port is available with the laptop. That means, if you use a wireless mouse keyboard, you will face problems while using the pen drive. Talking about the overall performance of the ASUS Zenbook 14 Flip OLED, we have used the laptop for 2 weeks. Its performance is good. However, while using Google Chrome, we have seen the problem of hanging 2 times out of 10. The laptop can be used like a tablet, but it gets a little hot from the side, so you may face difficulty in using it while keeping it on your lap. Apart from this, you will have a lot of fun while scrolling social media, watching videos, and listening to music.

Battery backup:

The Asus ZenBook 14 Flip OLED packs a 75Whr battery, along with support for 65W fast Type-C port charging. The laptop’s battery is good in terms of backup. Once you fully charge the laptop, you will easily get 5-6 hours of backup for office work. When used without the internet and watching movies or videos, the laptop can be used comfortably for 9-10 hours. It takes about 2 hours for the laptop to be fully charged.

Conclusion:

Overall, the performance, build, display and battery life of the Asus ZenBook 14 Flip OLED are good. However, we did not like its webcam that much. If you want to buy a normal use laptop with a touch screen, then this can be a good option for you.
